Last night
Here is what I wrote while waiting for the stupid Alaska Airlines plane to get to the San Jose Airport last night. . .
c. 8pm (when I should have been getting on the plane)
I am bored out of my mind right now. I’m sitting in the San Jose Airport waiting for my plane from Seattle. We should have been on board but instead the plane is getting here two hours late so it is going to be a while still. There is pretty much absolutely nothing to do here in the mean time. I really regret now leaving my headphones in the car. Bad idea. It’s kind of annoying how little you can do when stuck in an airport waiting for a plane. Even with my computer and some books it still isn’t exactly the thrill of a lifetime. Heck, if I had my headphones I would throw on a movie and at least have something worth while going on. I think I might try playing Battlefield against the computer now. I’ll check back in later, give you an update. Did I mention there is nothing to do in this airport?
So it is now about an hour later and I finally got an update on my flight. We will be leaving San Jose at 10:20. So hopefully we will be in Seattle about midnight. I thought part of the point of flying out of smaller airports like San Jose vs Oakland or San Francisco is that there would be less problems with delay and since it wouldn’t be as busy. Oh well! Hopefully some time tonight I will get to Seattle. Fortunately I at least don’t get tired very easily!
