So I have been clicking away like crazy since I got my 30D. I think I’m going to actually head up to San Francisco on my day off and see about getting some pics up there. Should be fun times.

I went down Saturday night to Redwood camp to hang out down there and see what was going on and it was actually a really fun time. I am definitely going to be spending more time at Pondy and Redwood when there are camps going on there. I didn’t realize until Winter Weekend up at Pondy that people do head to the camps after work just to hang out and support the staffs there. It is also very refreshing to actually feel like I’m at a camp. There are a lot of days where it still just feels like I’m in an office job so the chance to hang out and listen to a camp speaker or see a camp talent show. I think the most striking thing Saturday night when I was down at Redwood was hearing the kids pray. I was blown away at the sincerity and honesty of the kids. They were praying for each other, for the camp speaker, for Mount Hermon, even for Christendom as a whole. And they are like 9 years old! It was very refreshing to hear the excitement in their voices.
