new photos

I watched a couple of documentaries on professional photographers today so I got all excited and posted up some new pics to Flickr. I have started to play around with the ISO and aperture settings to get my photos to turn out how I want them too. Most of the time I’m shooting at ISO 125 with f3.5 but I mixed it up on a couple of the waterfall shots I took. I’ll probably head back down that way tomorrow to get more pics so I will have more for your viewing pleasure then. For now though, I’m off to beddy bye!

  • about me

    My name is Jonathan Assink.

I'm a writer, photographer, baseball nut, foodie & lover of indie bands you've probably never heard of. I wrote a theology of justice for artists & love to talk about the intersection of art, faith & social justice. I am passionate about words & images. I have a heart for the city, for the church (in whatever form it takes) & for artists.

Though inspired & influenced by many different people and experiences my words here are my own & do not represent the views of any organization I might be involved in.
