The more you know. . .
On the couple of occasions that I have driven up to Big Basin, I have always wondered what the dirty old HP sign by the side of the road was for and now I know. Seems a little strange the reason they give for selling it though. They are selling because not everyone can use it? I can understand if they said they were selling because of charity or because they thought someone else would be able to better manage the land but it really doesn’t make much sense to say they are selling it because not all employees had access. Do all employees have access to the perks the senior management or board most certainly have access to? Are they going to equalize everyones pay? Hmm, little bit of an odd move HP. I still love your products though! In related news, Dell is laying off 10% of their workforce. And I’d have thought the switch to Linux would have saved them all that money! <sarcasm off>
